At Originalcustomil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our aromatic candles. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different scent or size, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
